The Wilbanks Business Park is the largest and most well-located industrial park in Knox County. The Park offers the best access to the interstate and labor market in the Knoxville area. We are currently working on completing the land planning process for the entire park. This includes adding a traffic light at Callahan Drive, adding a park road from Callahan, and subdividing lots.

The 6601 building is currently occupied by Phillips & Jordan's National Fleet Service shop where they maintain heavy equipment. P&J has acquired land and will be moving the shop in approximately 18 months (5/1/2023). 6601 sits on approximately 5.25 acres with the potential to get another 3 - 6 acres of level land at an additional cost.

The shop is +/- 14,800 sf with 2,400 sf of first-floor office*. The shop has four 30' x 124' drive-thru bays serviced by eight (8) 20'x24'9" grade level doors and one 23'10"x15'11" grade level door on the end of the shop. There are four bridge cranes, one in each bay, that are 21' under hook with a 28' bridge span with three-ton hoists each.
