Zoning Description: C-3 (Intermediate Commercial) District. It is the intent of this district to establish a commercial area that encourages compatible commercial uses. The regulations are intended to reduce traffic congestion and maintain the characteristics of the community. In order to achieve the intent of the C-3 Intermediate Commercial District, site plans shall include: the proposed location of all structures, off-street parking provisions, location of all points of ingress and egress, location and size of all utilities, landscaping features, easements, and any other plans deemed pertinent.
