Christa Rosenberg started in real estate as a residential investor and discovered she had an aptitude and desire to broker transactions for clients. She became a top producer in less than three years in an office of more than 200 agents. As the Director of Client Relationship Management for CBRE Korea, Rosenberg set client development strategies with local and regional colleagues for commercial properties globally. She also cultivated major client accounts with real estate holdings in the Seoul, Korea market in the areas of valuation and advisory, office advisory and transaction, acquisitions, industrial services, consulting and project management. Rosenberg worked with a CBRE global team to facilitate international real estate investment opportunities for clients from Korea. Rosenberg is known for her strategic mindset, for understanding her clients’ goals and needs and for taking on large assignments with successful completion.
