   <![CDATA[Yesterday the East Tennessee Chapter, CCIM held the August Marketing Meeting where over twenty commercial real estate professionals from area brokerage firms presented properties and discussed the needs of their clients. The presenters included George Brown and Michael Greene from Wood Properties, Herman J. Tallman and Frank Weiskopf from Realty Executives, Steve Goldman and Matt Fentress from NAI Knoxville, John Haney from Trotter, Karl Kemmer from Blue Ridge, Robert Harrison from Wharf Realty, and Solange Velas from Southland Realty. I have a unbelivable 101 acre rolling pasture farm in the aheart of Towsend with spectackular views, and an 11 acre tract at the intersection of Wears Valley and Lamar Alexander (700 ft of frontage ) And 4 acres zoned C1 accross from Leonard Park on Watt Rd inj Farragut (250'frontage ) I am actualy getting a fair amount of interest on all three.]]>

I also like the 3 Year with an escalator at year 2. Also giving the tenant an addtl 2 year lease option with escalators built in based on any change in property tax valuation and/or CPI. Very good question and thank you.<br />
